Full Truck Load = $650
Additional Fees
* Extra Labor = $50/hour per person
* Hazardous Material = $50 per 5 gallons
* Stairs = $25 per flight
* Heavy Weight (concrete, dirt, gravel, etc.) = $50 per 1/4 Truck Load
* Long Distance from Truck to Job Site = $50 per 100 feet
